It has been some time since my last relationship – 10 months to be
precise. During those months I ventured into the crazy world of meet
ups and dates and sex eyeballs and lust. Was it fun? Yes. Was it good?
Yes. But was it fulfilling and satisfying? Sa una at mababaw na tingin
oo, but at the end of the day there is that unexplainable emptiness
and wanting for something more.
I am writing this crap to meet new acquaintances and in the hope that
somewhere in this mad cyberspace is somebody who I can be with, if not
as a partner, at least as a friend.
I've never met anyone online who ended up as a serious partner. Most
were one-day text and call buddies. Some were just for some carnal
call of the moment. And fortunately, there are some who I maintained
friendships with.
My mind is not at its best form to come up with something catchy or
witty or interesting. But I do not wait for that moment to come before
I post this online. Sayang oras, I might miss my train.
I am Daniel, 27, from Makati City; a professional and a single father
